Why Netframepoint began
Cross-border healthcare recruitment contains several conversations at once: professional recognition, language evidence, employer expectations, immigration questions and everyday relocation. Candidates are often given fragments with no clear distinction between who decides what. Netframepoint was created in Düsseldorf to make those conversations easier to prepare for.
Your consultant
Elena Hartmann, healthcare employment adviser, leads consultations and application reviews. Her work has focused on candidate preparation, hospital recruitment coordination and onboarding communication for internationally educated care professionals. Where a question belongs to a recognition authority, immigration professional, tax adviser or lawyer, she refers the boundary rather than guessing.
Our working principles
We begin with your profession, qualification origin, clinical experience and intended place of work. We distinguish official requirements from employer preferences, explain uncertainty, and avoid promising a positive recognition decision or placement.
Respect for care work matters. A strong application should show the actual setting: acute ward, residential care, rehabilitation, theatre, community care or another clinical environment. It should also be honest about language readiness and supervision needs.
A local perspective, not a shortcut
Germany’s federal structure means the responsible authority and process can depend on where you intend to work. Our office is in Düsseldorf, but consultations are available online to professionals planning work throughout Germany. The purpose is informed preparation—not a private alternative to official procedures.
