Fees include VAT where applicable. No payment is taken through this website. After we confirm that your enquiry fits the consultation scope, we send appointment and payment information separately.

When a separate quote is needed

Additional documents, full CV rewriting, a second appointment, or review in a language outside the agreed scope may require a written estimate. You will see the scope and fee before choosing whether to proceed.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule once without charge when you notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellation and refund conditions are explained on the refund page. Official fees, translations, language courses and relocation costs are not included in our consultation prices.
