Data we process and why
We process contact details, enquiry text, appointment information, service correspondence and billing records to respond to requests, prepare and deliver consultations, administer our contract, meet legal obligations and protect legitimate business interests. Please do not send patient information, medical records, passport copies or unnecessary identity data through the website.
Depending on the activity, processing relies on steps requested before a contract, contract performance, legal obligations, consent, or legitimate interests such as website security and record management.
Recipients and international transfers
