Who this consultation is for
This session is designed for internationally qualified nurses and allied healthcare professionals who are considering employment in Germany or have begun the recognition process but cannot see the order of the remaining steps. It is particularly useful before approaching employers, choosing a Bundesland, or paying for document services.
What is included
- A pre-call questionnaire covering your qualification, professional registration, experience, language level and intended location.
- A 75-minute private video consultation.
- Discussion of the competent-authority route relevant to your stated profession and destination.
- A document-readiness check based on the information you provide.
- A practical review of language milestones, application timing and employer questions.
- A written action summary delivered within two working days.
The consultation does not include legal representation, certified translation, visa advice, credential assessment by an authority, job placement or any guarantee of recognition or employment.
Before the call
Send a short professional history and, if available, any recognition correspondence you already hold. Please remove patient information, identity numbers and other unnecessary sensitive data. We do not need medical records or original certificates for an introductory roadmap.
How the session runs
- Establish your starting point. We distinguish qualification, registration, clinical practice and German language evidence.
- Map dependencies. We discuss what generally needs an authority decision, what an employer can clarify and which tasks can happen in parallel.
- Plan communication. You leave with focused questions for authorities, potential employers and language providers.
- Set the next three actions. Your written summary puts immediate tasks before later relocation details.
Fee and booking
The fixed fee is €145 including VAT where applicable. Payment arrangements are confirmed after your appointment request; this website does not process payments. Sessions are held online, normally during Central European business hours. Use the enquiry form to suggest dates. We reply within two working days.
