These terms apply when you use this website or purchase a consultation from Netframepoint. By confirming a booking, you accept the version provided with your appointment confirmation. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information relevant to the agreed service.
2. Nature of guidance
Our work is educational and preparatory. We do not act as a recognition authority, recruitment agency, immigration adviser, law firm, certified translator or employer. Guidance does not guarantee professional recognition, a visa, an interview or employment.
3. Bookings and fees
The scope, fee, time and delivery format are confirmed before service begins. Prices shown on the website may change for future bookings. External fees charged by authorities, translators, advisers or other providers are your responsibility.
4. Client responsibilities
You remain responsible for checking current official requirements, deadlines and decisions. Do not provide patient data or unnecessary sensitive documents. Information supplied for review must be lawful, accurate and yours to share.
5. Intellectual property
Netframepoint owns the website text, visual identity and original consultation materials. You may use your personal action summary for your own career planning but may not resell, publish or distribute it commercially without written permission.
6. Cancellation
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. We may reschedule due to illness or events beyond reasonable control and will offer a replacement or appropriate refund.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made by authorities, employers or third parties, nor for indirect loss arising from reliance on outdated or incomplete external information. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for intent or gross negligence where applicable.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
